Provides therapy for Children and teens (ages 4-16),
Out-of-network with Aetna, in-network with Blue Cross, UMR, Optum, MODA, and United Health Care.
Born and raised in the Mat-Su Valley, I have a real passion for the well-being of this community. I enjoy working with ages 4 through 16 and utilize a combination of play therapy and EMDR. I believe that through play, children process experiences, practice new skills, and grow connections with others. My practice focuses on providing a compassionate, client-centered approach, combining the power of play therapy and EMDR to meet each client where they are and guide them toward emotional healing and wellness. Whether it’s helping children understand their feelings, working through trauma, or offering support to parents, my goal is to foster hope, resilience, and lasting change within my community and the families I work with.

Providing EMDR Intensives Only
My passion is supporting women who are ready to make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based therapy proven effective in helping individuals heal from trauma and distressing life experiences. EMDR works by engaging the brain’s natural healing processes—similar to how the body heals from physical wounds—often producing faster results than traditional talk therapy.
I hold a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Alaska Pacific University and have experience working with adolescents, families, individuals with chronic mental illness, and those navigating substance use challenges. Currently, I specialize in offering EMDR Intensives—1 to 5 days of focused, condensed therapy designed to accelerate healing and deepen transformation.
